Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you experience an error while playing Rail Nation, try the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

Outdated or corrupted cache and cookies can cause many common problems. Clearing them often resolves issues.

  • Chrome: Clear cache and cookies

  • Firefox: Clear cache and cookies

  • Opera: Clear browsing data

  • Microsoft Edge: Clear browsing data

Refer to your browser’s help section for exact steps.

2. Make Sure Cookies Are Enabled

Some game features depend on cookies. Check your browser settings to ensure cookies are accepted.

3. Try a Different Browser

Switching browsers can resolve compatibility issues.
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for playing Rail Nation.

4. Clear DNS Cache or Restart Your Router

Connectivity issues may be resolved by:

  • Browser and Version, and any plugins

  • Screenshot of the error (if possible)

Additional Diagnostic Info (if requested)

Support may occasionally ask for:

  • Traceroute
    Helps diagnose network path issues. Instructions will be provided if needed.

  • HAR Logs
    Useful for analyzing failed network requests.
