Why should I clear my cache and cookies?
Sometimes, the best thing you can do for your browsing experience is to clear your browser from all the data it collected over time. This can resolve Login issues, problems with settings and can increase your browser’s performance.
For some troubles, you might encounter while playing this might even be the suggested solution you get by our Customer Service Representatives.
If you do this, keep in mind that afterwards:
- You are logged out of every site you have been logged in to earlier
- All shopping carts are deleted if you are currently shopping online ;)

Is there a shortcut for the cache settings?
In most browsers, you can use ctrl-shift-del to directly access the “Clear browsing data” window.
How do I delete the cache on Google Chrome?
Go to the three-dot menu in the upper right
Select Settings => Advanced => Privacy and Security => Clear Browsing data
In the popup press clear data
How do I delete the cache on Mozilla Firefox?
Go to the Hamburger-Menu on the top right
Choose Options
Go to Privacy & Security and select Clear Data…
Press Clear
How do I delete the cache on Opera?
Press the Menu Button on the top left (the red O)
Go to Settings
Go to Advanced => Privacy and Security and select Clear browsing data
Press Clear data
How do I delete the cache on Microsoft Edge?
Go to the Three-dot-menu on the top right
Go to Settings
Choose Privacy, search and services
Click Choose what to clear
Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” at least and click Clear
How do I delete the cache on Safari (MacOS)
Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences
Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in the menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
