This building's level determines how many passenger trains you can own. While the Engine House restricts how many you can use at one time, additional trains can be stored within the Museum.
Upgrading the Station Concourse you can earn a lot of prestige points.

The upgrade time can be reduced by upgrading your Construction Yard. On x2 speed worlds the upgrade time is reduced to 50% and on x4 worlds to 25%.
