Report a Player

If you believe another player is violating the game rules, you can report them either directly in-game or through the support system. All reports are reviewed by Customer Service and investigated accordingly.

How to Report a Message (IGM, City, Region, Association)

  1. Open the message you wish to report.

  2. Click “Report Player” – the option appears directly within the message.

  3. Choose the most appropriate reason:

    • Harassing behaviour – Insults or personal attacks

    • Fraudulent behaviour – Suspicious or prohibited gameplay

    • Disruptive behaviour – Sabotaging or disruptive actions

    • Inappropriate language – Language not accepted on the server

  4. Review the message content and click “Continue”.

  5. In the comment section, add relevant context to help with the investigation (e.g. past messages, disruptive patterns).

  6. Click “Send” – your report will now be submitted.

How to Report a World Chat Message

  1. Click on the player name next to the chat message.

  2. Choose “Report Player” (you can also select Ignore if needed).

  3. Follow the same steps as above:

    • Select the reason

    • Add context

    • Submit the report

Reporting Other Rule Violations

For cases like multi-accounting, password sharing, or issues not related to a specific message, please report the player via the Customer Service ticket system.

What Happens Next?

After you submit a report:

  • Customer Service reviews the case carefully.

  • Action is only taken if there is sufficient evidence.
Your comments and context are crucial and help guide the investigation.

If further information is needed, we’ll reach out to you directly.

Why Don’t I See the Result of My Report?

Due to GDPR and privacy policies, we cannot share details about other accounts or the outcome of their punishments. Rest assured, appropriate actions will be taken if a rule violation is confirmed.

Also note:

  • Not all punishments are visible.

  • Warnings, chat restrictions, and temporary penalties may not appear publicly.
