Sometimes you may want to move your Gold or Plus Account time from one game world to another. There are two ways to do this:
- At the end of a game world (automatic transfer)
- By deleting your avatar while the world is still active
Only purchased Gold and Plus Account time can be transferred.
Gold that has been won cannot be moved. Plus Account time can only be transferred if at least one purchased Gold is available.
Regular Game Worlds
In regular game worlds, Gold and Plus Account can only be transferred within the same country group (e.g., DE → DE, EN → EN).
At the End of the Round
- Any remaining Gold and Plus Account will be automatically transferred to the next round of the same game world.
- If you don’t want to play in that game world again, you can still transfer your assets by registering for the new round and deleting your avatar.
Deleting Your Avatar (Mid-Round)
- If you delete your avatar while the world is still running:
- Only purchased Gold and Plus Account can be transferred.
- Transfers are restricted to the same country group, except:
- Gold can be transferred between EN and INT game worlds.
- Example: Purchased Gold from a DE world can only go to another DE world.
Event Game Worlds
Special rules apply when transferring assets to or from event game worlds, such as:
- Platform X
- Fast Forward
- Origin Journey
- Masters
Masters Game Worlds
- You cannot manually delete your avatar during the round.
- Once the round ends, all Gold and Plus Account can be transferred to any game world.
Other Event Worlds – End of Round Transfers
At the end of an event round, purchased Gold and Plus Account can be transferred based on the world’s region:
- Origin World: DE Worlds - Transferable To: DE Worlds only
- Origin World: RU Worlds - Transferable To: RU Worlds only
- Origin World: EN Worlds - Transferable To: EN/INT Worlds only
- Origin World: INT/EE Worlds - Transferable To: All game worlds
If You Delete Your Avatar Before the Round Ends
- Only purchased Gold and Plus Account can be transferred.
- Plus Account still requires at least one purchased Gold.
- Transfer rules follow the same regional restrictions:
- Origin World: DE Worlds - Transferable To: DE Worlds only
- Origin World: RU Worlds - Transferable To: RU Worlds only
- Origin World: EN/INT/EE Worlds - Transferable To: EN/INT Worlds only
Multi-Round Events
- All purchased Gold and Plus Account are automatically transferred to the next round.
- If you don’t want to play in the next round, register and delete your avatar in round 2 to move your assets using the above rules.
How to Collect Gold and Plus Account
- To collect transferred assets:
- Log into the game world where you want to transfer the Gold.
- Click the tools icon (top right corner of the screen).
- Select "Collect Gold" from the menu.
You will then see a message confirming how much Gold and Plus Account is available to collect.
Note: You can only collect the full amount shown. Partial transfers are not possible.
