Landmarks

Landmarks appear only in the _Steam over Europe_ scenario. Each city has a unique landmark that can grow — up to level 15 — but only if its city is already at a higher level.

To level up a landmark, both specific goods and increasing amounts of money must be delivered. Unlike cities, goods are only consumed when the landmark actually levels up — not every 15 minutes.

**When a landmark levels up:**

-   Prestige is awarded to all investors and suppliers based on their contributions, but only up to the moment the required amounts are fulfilled.
    
-   Regional points are earned.
    
-   The city’s maximum level increases, unlocking further growth potential.
