Landmarks appear only in the Steam over Europe scenario. Each city has a unique landmark that can grow — up to level 15 — but only if its city is already at a higher level.
To level up a landmark, both specific goods and increasing amounts of money must be delivered. Unlike cities, goods are only consumed when the landmark actually levels up — not every 15 minutes.
When a landmark levels up:
Prestige is awarded to all investors and suppliers based on their contributions, but only up to the moment the required amounts are fulfilled.
Regional points are earned.
The city’s maximum level increases, unlocking further growth potential.
