Players who are members of an association are not receiving the singleplayer bonus prestige from factory deliveries, even when they meet the solo delivery conditions. |

Association Pre-Registration: Some members not registered for the next round |
When an association pre-registers for the next game world, not all members are reliably included. Affected players do not appear on the pre-registration list for the upcoming round. |
Workaround: As a precaution, each member can individually register for the next game world to ensure they are included. |

Event Server: Player not counted toward Association Endgame result |
On event servers, some players are not being counted as part of their association's endgame tally, even when they are active members. |

Superstarter Package (SSP) not delivered automatically on a new game world |
Players who purchased the Superstarter Package in a previous round are not receiving it automatically when joining a new game world. The package shows as available in the shop instead of being delivered at login. |

Mobile: Final Results countdown timer shows incomplete digits |
On mobile devices in portrait mode (iOS and Android), the countdown timer during the Final Results screen does not display all digits correctly. Seconds may disappear first, followed by minutes. |
Workaround: Log out of the game world and log back in to reset the display. Rotating your device to landscape mode may also help. |

Mobile: City level-up progress bar displays incorrect value |
The progress bar showing how close a city is to leveling up displays an incorrect value on mobile. The actual city level and delivery progress are not affected — only the visual bar is wrong. |

Association ranking: Clicking another association opens your own profile |
When browsing the association ranking and clicking on another association's name, the game opens your own association profile instead. |

After a sitter ends their session, the account owner may find that sitter mode cannot be activated again for a short period. |
Workaround: Wait 5–10 minutes and try activating sitter mode again. |

On iOS devices, the package cards in the shop may appear misaligned or visually broken after closing and reopening the shop within the same session. |

System notification: Regional ranking message incorrectly mentions your Association |
Some players receive a system notification about the regional ranking that says "your association" instead of "your region". This is a text error only — your association and your regional ranking are both correct. |
