All cities have identical industry layouts and distances, ensuring a perfectly balanced environment.
Islands are isolated — no special tracks or cross-island connections.
President (per island):
Elected daily by island players.
Can appoint 12 cabinet members (up from 10).
Manages imports and selects a city for 10% lower goods consumption.
Mayor (per city):
Elected daily by city residents.
Can appoint 5 council members.
Sets supported goods, next delivery goods, and preferred competition goods.
Strategic leadership plays a crucial role in your island’s performance.
Each island has one central harbor, equidistant from all cities.
6 cargo ships connect harbors between islands.
Ships carry up to 10% of the lowest harbor’s storage capacity.
Import goods are managed by the president and cabinet.
Earn points for your island by:
+500 for city level-ups
+400 for fully delivered endgame goods
+10,000 / +5,000 / +2,500 based on endgame city placement
Only the top city from each island competes in the endgame.
